         ...was held SAT JUNE 11, to a full house with successful Silent and Live Auctions. 

Sen Craig Pridemore was the perfect Emcee.  Jay Insleee was earnest and dynamic in his keynote speech.  AND Sen Maria Cantwell made a surprise entrance and speech, and stayed to enjoy Jay's speech and mingle with all the attendees.  Donna Quesnell received the Val & Dan Ogden Democracy Award.  It was fun and enjoyed by all.  If you couldn't attend this year, plan on attending in early June 2012.

Jane was very charming in her introduction of the Senator.  Senator Cantwell was brilliant in her analyses of the oil speculation problems driving up gas prices and our need to rapidly seek alternate fuels.
